Masters Catering is owned and operated by Wes Masters in Anchorage, Alaska.

Wes has always had a passion for food even as a young boy helping his mother cook in their kitchen.

After working in various restaurants in the Anchorage area, Wes came to realize his calling was in the Culinary Arts field.

Wes is a proud graduate of the University of Alaska, Anchorage Culinary Arts program. While attending the program, Wes traveled to Calabria, Italy and studied under top chefs in the region.

In his spare time between school and restaurant work, Wes began his catering career cooking for friends and family. He catered weddings, fundraisers, barbecues and many other events. Wes always felt a sense of pride and accomplishment upon seeing people enjoying his cuisine.

He discovered his niche and is now dedicated as a full time caterer.

Marco Christian

Masters Catering is proud to welcome Marco to our team!

Marco Christian began his cooking career working in pizza restaurants throughout the East Coast of the Lower 48. His move to Alaska in 2002 kept that “tradition” going. He continued flinging pizzas at a pizzeria here in Anchorage.

Marco enjoys spending time in the kitchen, but his true calling is interacting with the customers. Masters Catering gives him the opportunity to do just that.

Look for Marco at your next event. He will either be discussing that secret ingredient in the cedar plank salmon, or “chopping” it up about one of his many Alaskan adventures.
