After working in various restaurants in the Anchorage area, Wes came to realize his calling was in the Culinary Arts field.
Wes is a proud graduate of the University of Alaska, Anchorage Culinary Arts program. While attending the program, Wes traveled to Calabria, Italy and studied under top chefs in the region.
In his spare time between school and restaurant work, Wes began his catering career in 2008 cooking for friends and family.
He catered weddings, fundraisers, barbecues and many other events. Wes always felt a sense of pride and accomplishment upon seeing people enjoying his cuisine.
He discovered his niche and is now dedicated as a full time caterer.
